Throughout the spring of 2017, the STAR² Center team traveled the country to meet with PCA workforce teams for intensive one-day Strategy Sessions. During each session, the assembled teams discussed their individual state workforce priorities and strategized collaborative next steps that culminated in a Regional Action Plan.
