STAR² Center Assessment Tools

The STAR² Center supports self assessment as part of an organization’s discussion of their recruitment and retention challenges. To that end, we have created tools for health center staff to assess Workforce, Financial Assessment for Provider Turnover, HP-ET Financial Impact Assessment Tool, Compensation, Burnout, and Turnover at their organizations.
