  • Hi Jennifer,

One of the other metrics mentioned by the team is employee turnover – when looking at staff members who supervise others, but when looking at the team as a whole it is also a very important metric. This is also a good question to bring up during session 4 to see if any of the other cohort participants have any other metrics they use.

    Thanks,
    Michelle

    Hi Sandra,

Thank you for sharing your detailed and well thought out responses to session 3’s homework. The insight you have about yourself, your work as a manager, and your team is very inspirational and shows the way you practice empathetic, two-way communication that is rooted in a strong sense of self and understanding for the needs of your team.

If you are unable to share in the next session due to camera and audio issues and would like to, I am more than happy to share some of your responses with the team.

    Thanks,
    Michelle

    Hi Sandra,

I wanted to let you know we will be posting the PowerPoints here on the discussion board ahead of the session. It will most likely be the day of the session. I hope that is alright and is able to help you. If you have any concerns about the timing just let me know.

    Thanks,
    Michelle

    Hi everyone,

If anyone has any questions, we are here to help. I wanted to let everyone know that I am having some technical difficulties in posting the Implementation Tips for this session. It should be up soon, and I will update everyone on here once I am able to get it to upload. Thank you so much for your understanding.

    Thanks,
    Michelle

Yes, I am having some technical issues. Hopefully the implementation tips will be up soon. Sorry for the delay and tech problem.

Absolutely! We are here to give our attendees the best experience and help meet their learning need as best as possible. You have a wonderful day as well!

    Hi Sandra,

Thank you so much for this feedback. Tomorrow the team is meeting and let me bring up that you asked for the ppt to be posted prior to the webinar. We definitely want to provide you with the materials in a way that is most effective for your learning. We usually work on the ppt until the day prior to ensure that all of the content is as up-to-date as possible and reflects the feedback we receive from attendees after each session, and that is why we post after the session. But, tomorrow I will add this request to the meeting agenda to make sure that we can provide you with an answer and ppts soon as possible. Thanks!

    Hello everyone,

Each week we are going to add to the resources section on here an implementation tip sheet that focuses on that week’s content to help you apply what you learn in your health center.

    Thank you,
    Michelle

Implementation tip sheet focused on leadership styles is attached here.
