In late 2025, the Bureau of Primary Health Care announced a transition in its National Technical Assistance Program (NTAP) Cooperative Agreement structure. As a result, ACU’s Solutions, Training, and Assistance for Recruitment and Retention (STAR²) Center initiative will wind down as a standalone entity in June 2026. As we transition, our network will continue to enjoy ACU’s industry-leading training, technical assistance (TA), and resources from our National Center for Workforce Development & Training, which will also offer a host of opportunities outside the scope of our previous NTAP initiative.
