    • Good morning Mariah,
I hope you had a great weekend! I am in the processes of submitting my assessment and had a quick question. For items that we are in the process of creating or are inconsistently doing, should our response be “No”, where the only response options are “yes”, “no”, “never”, etc.

      • Sandra,

That is a great question. Ultimately, it will be a judgement call on your part, but here is my recommendation:
For things you are beginning to implement, you can certainly mark as a “yes”. If it’s inconsistent but generally done, I’d say go for a “yes” there as well. Inconsistent and infrequent items, probably a “no” unless you feel they still have a big impact.

This assessment is to help gauge your organization’s current workforce progress and is supposed to be a general assessment with helpful insights offered as you go through (hence the few answer options to keep it simple), so just go with the answer you feel best represents your organization’s current or near-future progress.

Hope that’s helpful. Let us know if you have further questions,
        -Alex
