From September through December, participants will spend 30 minutes each week in a mix of webinars, office hours, and projects to complete an overhaul of their recruitment processes. Starting with a self-assessment and planning all the way through contracting, this series will provide guidance, tools, and templates for a health center to update its processes and lay the groundwork for additional workforce planning. A cohort of 20-25 health center staff will benefit from peer sharing on our online discussion forum and from direct access to technical assistance from presenters. This “back to basics” bootcamp is designed for staff at smaller health centers with limited recruitment experience. Participation in thie bootcamp is free of charge.
*The STAR² Center is planning to offer up to 2.5 SHRM Recertification Credits upon successful completion of this program. Confirmation of SHRM credit is pending approval. Please contact Mariah Blake if you are interested in receiving SHRM credit through this program.
