One of the core components of a robust health center workforce is equitable and effective compensation. Pay equity means equal pay for equal work of equal value. This checklist will help health centers to look holistically at their compensation practices and ensure that they are recognizing the quality of the work of their employees rather than other factors that have historically kept marginalized groups from advancement.
