Engaged employees are happier, more productive and far more likely to stay for the long-term, and skilled managers are key to developing a highly engaged team. For 12-weeks from March through May, a cohort of 30 participants will spend 30 minutes each week in a mix of webinars, group discussions, and projects to gain and practice skills, strategies and ideas to strengthen employee engagement in their teams, increase productivity, and reduce turnover. Participants should join this exciting Learning Collaborative ready to attend regularly, participate actively in discussions, and complete relevant “homework” assignments to put learning into action.
This intensive, hands-on opportunity is designed for health center managers with a minimum of 18 months of management experience to take a deep dive into employee engagement and gain skills including:
