The tool includes questions about various components affecting health centers including: Leadership Investment, Workforce Planning, Recruitment and Retention Strategies, Compensation, Culture, Diversity, Managers, and Health Professions Training. You can access a PDF version of this tool to review with your team here. Together, these core components make up the most important aspects of your health center workforce operations.
At the end of the assessment, you will receive a snapshot of your situation within the possibilities of these components. You will also receive a PDF report via email with a copy of your answers and some personalized feedback based on your responses. The report can be used with the individual health center recruitment and retention Data Profile Dashboards to paint a comprehensive picture of workforce challenges at an organization and next steps to address those challenges.
