Over the past year, many health care workers have been operating in overdrive to support their communities during the pandemic. Political events and civil rights efforts have added an additional emotional toll. As a result, many workers are suffering from burnout, compassion fatigue, and moral distress. In this session, participants will understand how this past year has impacted our workforce’s well-being and strategies to support our workforce in their recovery.
