Staff Satisfaction in Community Health Centers




An important factor that impacts staff retention and motivation is to have a process in place to assess staff satisfaction. Job satisfaction increases self-confidence and overall job performance and ultimately improves quality of care provided to patients. Health Centers must have a well-developed plan to assess and implement staff satisfaction survey recommendations. This webinar will provide an overview and discuss strategies and tools to administer and assess staff satisfactions surveys on an on-going basis. Recommendations will be made regarding strategies for successful implementation of systems, practices, training, etc., with the ultimate outcome of improving staff satisfaction.
