This webinar will introduce our expert faculty from the MacColl Center for Health Care Innovation at the Group Health Research Institute and the Community Health Center, Inc. This webinar will provide an introduction to the entire webinar series, offer an overview of the rationale and evidence supporting team-based care, and outline the roles and functions of the primary care team.
