LaToya Windham Benton Sorry to said but we don’t use HR Metrics as well.. Marc Waite We do not utilize any HR metrics at this point except headcount, average tenure, and other basic, payroll-type metrics (i.e. percentage involved in 403(b), etc.). Brianna Mae Hanson We also are not using a structured HR Metric system, however we complete some end of the year reporting to our Board. Denise Highfill We aren’t using any HR Metrics that contain a recruitment budget. We do use a home grown HR metric system. Maria Jacobson We are not using any HR Metrics. I do not have a budget. Susan Demick We are not using HR Metrics. Mary Renner No, we tend to be in more of a reactive versus proactive mode. email@example.com We’re beginning to use some HR metrics for recruitment but not based on industry standards but rather on our actual experience.
