    • We aren’t using any HR Metrics as I don’t have a recruitment budget.

    • We do not utilize any HR metrics at this point except headcount, average tenure, and other basic, payroll-type metrics (i.e. percentage involved in 403(b), etc.). We will be implementing an HRIS in January, and hope to increase our use of HR metrics then to get a better handle on our overall hiring practices.

    • We also are not using a structured HR Metric system, however we complete some end of the year reporting to our Board.

      We’re beginning to use some HR metrics for recruitment but not based on industry standards but rather on our actual experience.
