      Please find below some JEDI/DEI-oriented questions for interviews:
      1) What do you see as the fundamental characteristics of organizations that create an inclusive environment?
      2) What do you see as the most challenging aspect of a diverse working environment and what steps have you taken to meet this challenge?
      3) Share an example that demonstrates your respect for people and their differences.
      4) Provide an example of a time you communicated a complex concept to an individual who spoke English as a second language.
      5) How has your background and experience prepared you to be effective in an environment that holds diversity, equity, and inclusion as core to our mission and values?
      6) Can you recall a time when a person’s cultural background affected your approach to a work situation?
      7) What have you done to further your knowledge/understanding of justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion? How have you demonstrated your learning?
