    • Here’s the discussion worksheet for your assignment. Please meet with your team and work through a couple of the questions for as many metrics as you’d like. The point if for you to have some practice actually discussing what you’d want to do differently based on the data you’re seeing (or what good things you’d like to highlight!).

    • Here’s the sample spreadsheet with inputs and some formulas in case you want/need to do any metrics by hand. You’ll need to consider definitions for a lot of the inputs, and update the columns based on what you specifically can track, but it’s a start for those of you who want to test out something new. Let us know if you want to discuss in more detail!

    • Again, not a lot of data points, but did confirm what I felt like our fill times were running. I am planning on keeping better track of the applicants, how many have the qualifications to really work in the medical situation we have here vs. not, often we only get new grads, which is not a complete disqualification, but obviously, they generally need much more support. It would be interesting to get a feel for how many applicants other entities average for a type of position.

      • I love the plan! It doesn’t have to be fancy, but a spreadsheet with the elements you mentioned will help you talk with partners and others about what you need. And of course– work smarter, not harder. Thanks for sharing your plans!
