Join the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) STAR² Center for a three-part webinar series focused on key areas that are essential for the professional development of workforce experts. The Workforce Professional Development Series will bring together subject matter experts to discuss intergenerational communication, well-being strategies, and leadership training/skill development. Sessions will be held on June 12th, 17th, and 26th from 1:30-2:30 PM ET. As the healthcare workforce continues to face staffing challenges, high turnover rates, and decreased engagement, there is a need for more tailored recruitment and retention strategies that better equip health centers in their process for sustaining and supporting a strong workforce. This webinar series will utilize didactic and interactive learning to support health centers as they work to achieve success in retaining, recruiting, and developing mission-driven staff that support operational effectiveness and improve patient outcomes.
