Would you like to start incorporating workforce data into your clinician recruitment and retention efforts? Do you have the time to explore this concept, but want some guidance as you develop a strategy? Answer yes to both of these questions, and you were made for this learning collaborative opportunity! Apply to this immersive learning experience for a chance to explore different workforce metrics, identify ways to collect and analyze them in connection with your workforce efforts, and discuss the topic with experts and health center peers. Starting on April 2, the group will meet online at 2pm Eastern for nine weeks for a mix of didactic presentation, participant exercises, and discussion board conversation. At the end of the experience, you’ll be more fluent in workforce data and how it connects to your overall workforce and organizational goals.

- Understand the role of data in workforce recruitment and retention efforts
- Identify specific organizational, human resource, and partnership metrics to collect and analyze
- Develop a plan to incorporate workforce data into current strategies
Application
Preferred applicants are familiar with their health center’s clinician recruitment and retention activities, human resources systems, and workforce strategic goals. Teams of up to four people per health center will be accepted, with the expectation that they will work as a group over the course of the learning collaborative on exercises and assignments.
