The Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) STAR² Center invites health center workforce, human resources, clinical, and C-Suite staff to apply for our upcoming Recruitment Boot Camp: Mental Health Staff Edition 3.0. Building on the success and content of our previous Mental Health Recruitment Boot Camps, this learning collaborative will dive deeper into the special considerations needed to recruit a diverse, mission-driven, and patient-centered mental health workforce. This boot camp will leverage the STAR² Center’s expertise in recruitment and retention and provide real-world examples and collaborative learning in partnership with Dr. Adijat Ogunyemi, a practicing clinical social worker and professor with extensive experience in the health center context.

This boot camp will consist of four sessions held on September 7th, September 21st, October 5th, and October 19th from 3:00 – 4:00 pm ET. Cohort participants will engage with the content, facilitators, and each other through a mix of webinars, discussions, and projects to leave with the foundational knowledge needed to successfully recruit mental health clinicians.

Applications are no longer being accepted for this learning collaborative. Participants were notified about their conditional acceptance on August 26 and asked to confirm their acceptance by September 2.
