Building on the success and content of our previous Mental Health Recruitment Boot Camp, this free learning collaborative will dive deeper into the special considerations needed to recruit a diverse, mission-driven, and patient-centered mental health workforce. This boot camp will leverage the STAR² Center’s expertise in recruitment and retention and provide real world examples and collaborative learning from expert faculty working in the field.

This boot camp is intended for health center workforce, human resources, clinical, and C-Suite staff. Cohort participants will engage with the content, facilitators, and each other through a mix of webinars, discussions, and projects to leave with the foundational knowledge needed to successfully recruit mental health clinicians. This program is free of charge but is limited to 25 health centers.

  • Wednesdays:
    • October 20,
    • October 27,
    • November 10,
    • November 17,
  • Tuesday:
    • November 23 (to accommodate holiday plans)
  • All sessions will take place from 3:00 – 4:00 pm ET.

The applications for this cohort have now closed. All accepted applicants were notified via email on October 13.

To confirm acceptance, health center leadership will need to acknowledge and commit to the cohort member’s participation by October 18.
