STAR² Center staff have heard positive reports about the CERP, the Certified Employee Retention Professional Program, offered by Dick Finnegan of C-Suite Analytics. The CERP is based on his book, Rethinking Retention in Good Times and Bad, which BusinessWeek said offers “fresh thinking” for solving turnover.
The CERP is an applied program, meaning participants actually apply retention tools to their organizations in real time. These tools address retention goals, turnover’s costs, turnover training, hiring tools for retention, and others, all designed to improve the number and percentage of employees who stay. And those who participate earn 26 SHRM or HRCI credits.
Participants may either experience the program independently or with a group of peers, and Dick Finnegan schedules monthly calls with peer groups. The price is $1,000 per participant and the potential ROI is terrific.
