Taking steps to promote diversity and inclusion in your organization can have a significant positive impact on your recruitment and retention efforts. Join the STAR² Center and our expert guest faculty from the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) and the National Health Care for the Homeless Council (NHCHC) for this three-month learning collaborative (LC) focused on the development of policies and procedures that support diversity and cultural humility at health centers.
Each of our six, hour-long sessions will include a mix of group discussion and didactic presentation. Participants will have access to a closed cohort discussion board for continued conversation over the intervening weeks. Through this LC, cohort members will work toward creating or improving a set of three policies and procedures to increase inclusion at their organization.
This LC is a great opportunity for HR Administrators, Training Managers, Mid-Level Managers (Clinic Directors/Administrators) and those that oversee decision-making and implementing the diversity and inclusion policies and procedures at their organizations.
All sessions will be held from 2:00-3:00pm EST.
