TNPCA – Recruitment & Retention Training




A health center’s most valuable assets are its employees’ talent, expertise, and resources. This session will focus on strategic planning as well as recruitment topics such as setting priorities and a budget; advertising; developing a solid interview process; and documenting successes. In addition, this session will also cover some of the components of a healthy retention plan and how to put them into place.

 

This session will be led by Suzanne K. Speer, Senior Director of Workforce Development at the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved.
