Managing in the Time of COVID-19 and Beyond Webinar Series




This three-part webinar series will focus on managers at health centers and the skills they need to have a positive impact on their workforce in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics covered will include increasing employee engagement, policies and procedures, the logistics of changing care teams, and incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion work into their management. This dynamic series will assist health center managers understand the importance of clear communication during the crisis and beyond to create an engaged workforce.

Session Description:

Managers have the greatest potential to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment. DEI is not a “program” for an organization to do rather a culture shift an organization becomes. This session will focus on individual thinking, mindset, and actions necessary to change. Implementing successful DEI initiatives is a process that requires buy-in from everyone. This webinar will focus on the drivers of DEI and how to create and maintain an equitable environment from the hiring process to the day-to-day operations.

Lewis now serves as a keynote speaker, executive coach and trainer for Fortune 500 companies, healthcare organizations, and education institutions across the nation.
