    • My name is Kristy Schmidt, Director of Development & Community Relations at an FQHC in Colorado — MarillacHealth.
Even though my job is not specifically related to HR, I am a member of our senior leadership team and supporting recruitment for our Chief Medical Officer for physician and midlevel providers. I participated in the Emp Engagement Learning Collaborative as well as the Compensation Planning last year. As an FQHC in western Colorado, we have challenges recruiting to our community so learning more about conducting stay interviews and addressing issues before it ends up in a separation will be beneficial to our health center.

Welcome, Kristy! We are excited to have you a part of this learning collaborative!

    • Hello, my name is Brad Guthrie, Human Resources Manager of La Pine Community Health Center. I am on the Program Planning Board for the HR Association of Central Oregon. I have participated in one other STARCenter training last year. I started doing stay interviews at a previous FQHC I worked at and I am interested in others takes on them and other uses of stay interviews.

    • Hello! My name is Jessie Michaelson and I am the Human Resources Officer at Winding Waters Clinic in Enterprise Oregon. I have found each learning collaborative from the STAR Center to be educational and helpful for laying the groundwork to make positive changes in the way we engage with and manage our employees. I am looking forward to learning more about stay interviews and being able to share the information with the people on my team.
