NACHC Community Health Institute – Workforce Summit

Today’s rapidly changing health care environment, requires health centers to have a highly developed workforce. This newly designed, one-day summit for C-Suite Leaders and Board Members of Health Centers, Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCN), and Primary Care Associations (PCA) will examine the broad issues influencing the current and future health center workforce, with a specific focus on the clinical and managerial workforce. It will also highlight strategies for addressing pipeline development, recruitment, retention, and leadership challenges, as well as introduce resources for accessing workforce-focused training and technical assistance.
