STAR² Center staff will take part in the Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association’s Fall Learning Session. Join Allison Abayasekara at the Staff Recruitment and Retention breakout session on Thursday, September 29 and be sure to stop by her table in the exhibit area to talk about your recruitment and retention goals and challenges.

The Fall Learning Session aims to encourage collaborative sharing and networking among Community Health Center staff involved in direct patient care, workforce development, quality improvement, health information quality/technology, and leadership while providing proven resources and materials that will drive the improvement of patient outcomes.  
 
Conference Objectives:

• Identify strategies that will encourage interdepartmental integration in their organization
• Utilize employee engagement, technological solutions, and targeted interventions to enhance patient experience at their organization
• Describe ways to grow team-based performance at their organization
• Participate in the learning community by networking with statewide peers
