Catching and Retaining for Success: Developing and Implementing Your Recruitment and Retention Plan

Presenter Ann Hogan has over 25 years’ experience in the Human Resources field, including: employee relations, benefits and compensation management, conflict resolution, and employee development and strategic planning. Ann was the Vice President of Human Resources for a FQHC in Colorado, Salud Family Health Centers. Ann joined Salud in 1996 and in the Fall of 2015 left Salud to open her own consulting firm.

Ann is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resource Certification Institute and is professional member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration and the American Society of Training.

Through this webinar, participants will be able to review their own recruitment and retention plans, and will be provided with ideas, tools, and resources to strengthen their plans.
Participants will also learn how best to implement R/R plans with specific attention to audiences, strategic partnerships and involvement of key staff in the process and implementation.
