Description:
The Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) is offering a customized recruitment and retention workshop at its upcoming conference. ACU’s project—Solutions, Training, and Assistance for Recruitment and Retention (STAR²) Center—is supported by a national cooperative agreement with HRSA’s Bureau of Primary Health Care to deliver training and technical assistance to help community health centers address their clinician workforce challenges.
Using both national data sets and information collected from self-assessment tools, STAR² Center will deliver a hands-on workshop designed to help the specific health centers that attend. STAR² Center will provide information on national and regional workforce trends, offer training for common recruitment and retention challenges, and provide tools and peer learning opportunities to address specific concerns of training participants.
Spots are limited. Each health center may send 1-2 representatives.
Registration Details:
Once you register, one person from your health center MUST complete ACU’s online self-assessment to hold your place in the training.
You may also register for the entire ACU conference, which also features numerous workforce sessions.
