STAR² Center Region 1 Workforce Training

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers and the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved STAR² for Region 1 Workforce Training are holding the  “Developing Strategies for Providers Recruitment and Retention” event on June 27, 2018. This is a great opportunity for you to get some additional helpful tips for recruiting and retaining providers at your health center. It will also be an opportunity for your to connect with your fellow health centers and Primary Care Associations  from Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont for a full-day session on topics related to workforce, recruitment and retention.

This session will be delivered by workforce experts from the STAR² Center on topics that include increasing provider recruitment and retention by developing strategies for sourcing candidates, making your health center shine in advertisements, increasing retention with stay interviews and operational strategies.
