Research relating to human resources indicates that the number one reason an employee leaves a job is due to their manager, not the job itself.  While many managers are well qualified for their position, they are not given any training in regards to management of employees. By providing training for managers for the purpose of managing employees, health centers will ultimately have more fulfilled employees which will lead to increased retention.

Join this 2-part webinar series to learn the vital role that managers play in the engagement and retention of staff. This series and accompanying toolkit will equip health center leadership to train their managers in regards to the management of employees to increase engagement and reduce turnover.
