  • All communications come through HR with final determinations coming from the CEO.

    My boss pushes for 24 hours.

    More recently I have used all three forms of communication when speaking with candidates.

    So I asked this during the webinar but it was a little too late in time to get a response. Is there a preferred social media platform for reaching out to older clinicians? I would have thought it would be LinkedIn, but what I find is that the hits I do get from them come from a younger group (aged 30-40).

    I have a general question. Is there a way to change the notification preferences? Because of how messages are set to come through for every post made, my email servers are sending everything into quarantine for spam despite me listing you as a safe address. I don’t get anything until I see the list of filtered messages the next day.

    I think having the right partnerships is key as well. In the past few years we’ve developed great partnerships with area schools that allows us to have access to their upcoming graduates as a potential pool or employees.
