  • It’s great to hear all of your responses! If you haven’t yet responded, take a minute to read the questions for the week and let us know what you are doing in your health center. Ask questions of each other. Add to each other’s responses. Let’s keep the conversation going!

Thanks so much for posting these responses Emily!

It would be great to hear from more of you as well, as many of you face similar challenges as you work to strengthen engagement in your health centers. You can be great resources for each other!

    Hi All,

    I hope you’re having a good week!

We’ve now gotten through the basics of Employee Engagement and this week is a Discussion Week! On this week’s call, everyone will be sharing the successes and challenges you’ve encountered as you’ve begun to implement the ideas you’ve gained so far. This Friday’s discussion is a great time to ask questions and gain information and ideas from each other to move forward to strengthen engagement in your team.

It’s still early in the week and you still have time to get started on the homework!

I’m looking forward to talking with everyone on Friday!

Thanks Linda — it sounds like your organization covered all the “delegation guidelines” to make this successful! Is there one person who is ultimately responsible for the program who makes sure everything flows according to plan? If not, it would be great to hear how accountability is handled.

Hi Jessie — Great information! Do you have any advice for people who would like to move forward with something like this but who don’t know where to begin? Thanks!

    Hi All,
Please note: The “Trust” homework worksheet is for YOU and will not be shared with the participants or facilitators of the group unless you choose to share that information. We will be discussing the homework as a group in general terms, and of course, anyone who would like to share more is welcome to. Take time to be introspective and complete your “trust assessment” honestly and freely, as the worksheet is for your eyes only.

As always, let us know if you have any questions…

I’m looking forward to “seeing” you all at the Learning Collaborative on Friday!

    Lisa
