  • Hi everyone!

My role at OIC, INC. is the Human Resources Credentialing/Development and Training Specialist. I am involved in recruiting providers and I work on the back end to credential them once they come aboard. I love all aspects of this role and I have found that my job responsibilities are growing rapidly which I always enjoy!

Hi everyone ! I am so sorry I am late getting this up, but we had server issues all week – last week and I was sick!

Hi everyone! Sorry I am late with this assignment – our server went out last week and we had issues getting on the internet.
With that being said, I think the biggest challenges are knowing where everyone is and defining a standard process that is followed consistently. Defining the roles and polishing the procedures would help maintain consistency and right now I feel like things slip through the cracks because the structure isn’t solid.

I feel the challenges are trying to find the required time to develop some of the candidates who express interest in continuing their growth progress and spending the necessary time with them to help with this process.

I feel that as a Human Resources Specialist I have the ability to empower, lead and develop employees. When I am recruiting candidates I am always reminded that everyone starts at the beginning and that is my duty to help inspire and motivate these individuals. It humbles me to realize how much I learn from guiding them to where they perform best naturally. I believe strongly that a well developed personality profile can help people to find their own authentic path and passion.

I am also an E-YRT 200 (Yoga instructor). The passion for teaching and doing yoga enables me to remain present, mindful and centered to help those around me.
