    For mid-levels/APPs and administrative staff one day, for physicians a day and a half to allow for travel between the site they will practice at and the administration building.

    Hello Suzanne,

    Yes the system is used almost daily for interviews across our organization this helps with cost and travel time. Also we use the video set up almost every hour of the business day for: business meetings, tele-med appointments, behavioral health, and board meetings.

    We also are not using a structured HR Metric system, however we complete some end of the year reporting to our Board.

    No, however because of the organizations logistical locations all sites are connect via an in house CISCO video system.

    My biggest challenge is the vast locations and distance between our facilities (30+ facilities over 10,000 square miles).
