Good afternoon! I am Ann Feil, the Chief Operations Officer of Salina Family Healthcare Center in Salina, Kansas. I have been in my current role for over 7 years. I directly oversee the HR Department, which consists of an HR Coordinator and HR Specialist. We are responsible for recruiting for all positions within the organization and have found challenges in recruiting medical and dental providers to our state.

We have use Skype for first round interviews for applicants who are located afar. This helps with logistics of travel and time away from work!
