*Please* take a few minutes to complete the course evaluation. It helps us get better and helps give us something to report to our funders at HRSA. We appreciate all you did to make this a great experience, and we’re here to help you at any time!

Here are the slides from today’s webinar, including lots of links to additional resources. Don’t forget to check out one of my faves, Analytics in HR (https://www.analyticsinhr.com/). The group does have a product, but I love the blog posts, resources, and the academy.

Here’s the Population Assessment assignment for this week. You can check with your state Department of Labor or Employment for your state and/or county breakdowns of a lot of these projections. Take a look and talk with your team about how your staffing profile might need to change in the next 3-4 years!

We had a couple of great questions from Graciela this week:

    1. Are any of you using Data Dashboards? If so, what do they look like, how do you get them, etc.?
    2. Does anyone have a template for a 3-5 Year Strategic Recruiting Plan?

We’d all really appreciate if you could share anything here in this thread!

This week’s assignment comes from our Recruitment & Retention Plan Template (https://chcworkforce.org/acu-rr-plan-template-resources). The Instructions book is the best place to start, and walks you through all of the uses and directions for filling out the tables available in the Template book. it’s all in Word for you to download and use as you see fit.

Table 8 is the Strategic Planning Table you can use as a start for your 3-5 year staffing plans.

Here are the slides and the assignment from this week’s office hour! Thanks to all those who shared.

We didn’t really go through them all because the conversation was so rich, but just in case– here are the slides from today’s discussion. Thanks to all of you for sharing your work and your questions!

The attached spreadsheet is a sample of a health center’s set-up for HR data analysis. The information is not real, but it should give you a sense of how another health center has captured and analyzes this type of data.
