  In my organization, HR is the first-line of contact presenting the contracts to providers. CMO & CEO contributes to the negotiation of contract terms.
- Maria Rojas
  HR will obtain and review the contract to present to the CEO.
- Theodis Wright
  All communications come through HR with final determinations coming from the CEO.
- Gloria Warner
  Usually starts with HR with input from CEO and CFO
