It is our goal to decrease that to less than 20% over the next 12 months. Another 27% of that was employees who had been with us for 1-3 years. I would also like to decrease that to less than 20% over the next 12 months. Dick Finnegan Thank you, Jamie, for your smart thinking. See you on Thursday! Sherri Merbach Thanks for sharing your goals Jamie. Brad Guthrie 2018 turnover rate was 24.3% for the calendar year. 2019 turnover rate was 3.4% for the calendar year The current turnover rate for the last 12 months at La Pine Community Health Center is 16.9%. 45 % of those employees had been with the company for less than 6 months. LCHC’s goal is to decrease that to less than 15% over the next 12 months. 15% of those employees had been with us for 1-3 years. A decrease to less than 10% over the next 12 months is ideal. Dick Finnegan Good thinking, Brad. Was the 2019 turnover actually 3.4% or is there a typo in there? Seems so much lower than 2018 at 24.3%. Brad Guthrie That was the actual turnover rate, no typo. I started at the end of 2018 and worked hard with management and staff. We took a look at every aspect of employment. This 360 look helped gain employee trust and confidence. Due to the current status of things we have lost employees due to spouses receiving work outside of our area. We also lost one provider due to the loan repayment plan being finished. Dick Finnegan Wow! GREAT, great work, Brad. Using our ideas will only help you more. Sherri Merbach Thanks for sharing your analysis and goals Brad. Jessie Michaelson In 2019, Winding Waters’ turnover rate was 30.17%. 40% of the people who left in 2019 were with us for less than one year. Our goal is reduce total turnover to less than 20% in 2020 and to improve first year retention by 50%. Dick Finnegan Excellent, Jessie. Right in line with the process we talked about in class last week. Great work! Denise Ellis Our turnover rate for the last 12 months was 16.9%. 4% of those had been with us less than 6 months; 30% less than 12.
