  Does your organization have any kind of a 401k/403b match?

  We do. We match 50% of an employee’s contributions up to 5% of the employee’s salary. For example, if an employee contributes 5% to the 403b, we match 2.5%.

  Yes we have a 401k and our contribute 5% whether employee would like to put anything in its their choose to put in it has to match or can be more just not less
