Hi, everyone! My name is Susan Crowe. I started at Norwalk Community Health Center (NCHC) in August 2017. My job title is Chief Administrative Officer. I am responsible for Human Resources, Compliance & Risk Management. NCHC has about 90 employees and a current vacancy rate of about 15%. That was a leading factor in my CEO asking me to look into the STAR2 program when I first started here. I have worked in healthcare HR for almost 20 years, but I have not had direct responsibility for the recruitment function for a number of years and a lot has changed since then, so the Recruitment Bootcamp is a great opportunity for me!
