Description:

The Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) has partnered with the Northwest Regional Primary Care Association (NWRPCA) to bring you a customized recruitment and retention workshop at NWRPCA’s upcoming conference. Using both national data sets and information collected from self-assessment tools, ACU will deliver a hands-on workshop designed to help the specific health centers that attend. ACU will provide information on national and regional workforce trends, offer training for common recruitment and retention challenges, and provide tools and peer learning opportunities to address specific concerns of training participants. Registration costs for the training will be waived if you are already registered for the NWRPCA Conference. If you would like to attend this training but not the conference, registration fees are $150.

Registration Details:

To register, please contact Kelly Rondou at krondou@nwrpca.org, and provide attendee list (1-2 individuals from each health center). Once you register, one person from your health center MUST complete ACU’s online self-assessment to hold your place in the training. You will have 3 days after you register to complete the online self-assessment, which should take approximately 15 minutes.
